The location offers easy access to the MTR line. I could easily view lunar new year festivities. The room decor was modern. Bedding felt fresh. Staff members provided helpful service.

convenient location waterfront view updated room
the hotel location was very convenient, close to the subway and avenue of stars. the room had amazing waterfront views. i found the proximity to restaurants and shops beneficial. i also noted the updated rooms.
The receptionist was not very helpful.

Breakfast offered a good start to the day with a wide variety of choices. I especially appreciated the dedicated halal counter and the staff's helpful guidance on dietary requirements. Christina ng was particularly cute.

the hotel's location near the mtr station made exploring the city very convenient. a 7-eleven across the road proved useful, and k11 musea and legoland discovery centre were steps away. the kowloon mosque and chungking mansions were also nearby.

The check-in process was smooth. the staff readily accommodated a room change request without fuss. This. the staff bent over backwards to be helpful, demonstrating excellent service and attention to detail.

The pool area has jacuzzis and a gym, all located on a high floor with good views of the city and victoria harbour. i appreciated access to the lounge as an elite member. It provided a nice space to relax and enjoy refreshments.
